These risks include but are not limited to being shot  or shooting myself or others; partial or total loss of eyesight or hearing; inhalation or other harmful contact with lead or other contaminants; and being struck by flying or falling objects. I further understand that discharging firearms and using  ammunition pose potential inherent dangers that no amount of care, instruction, or expertise can eliminate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\" class=\"\"\u003eI further acknowledge and understand that the Fellowship of the Outdoors' partners offer is a shooting facility and hunting field which utilizes mechanical devices and fixtures, including a bullet trap, which are designed to contain and decelerate discharged projectiles; I understand that these mechanical devices do not, in every possible instance, properly contain projectiles, bullets or bullet fragments and can potentially allow ricochets which could potentially cause serious personal injury or death.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\" class=\"\"\u003eI further acknowledge and understand that the Fellowship of the Outdoors' partners offer a shooting facility and hunting field open to the general public, and the publication of the Fellowship of the Outdoors Code of Conduct\/Range Safety Rules, and the provision of staff and range officers in no way constitutes a guaranty or warranty of any kind.  Fellowship of the Outdoors shall not be liable as to the conduct of any person on or off the premises of Fellowship of the Outdoors or the compliance or failure to comply with any rules or codes of conduct by any person.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\" class=\"\"\u003eI further acknowledge and understand that Fellowship of the Outdoors makes no warranty as to the design, manufacture, condition or fitness for any particular purpose of any Fellowship of the Outdoors facilities or equipment, including, but not limited to firearms, ammunition, eye\/hearing protection, and first-aid supplies.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\" class=\"\"\u003eUnless I specifically inform Fellowship of the Outdoors' team and their partners' team otherwise at check-in, I represent that I am experienced and skilled in the proper handling, loading, use and discharge of all firearms and ammunition I intend to use at the Fellowship of the Outdoors’ facility and their partners' facility and am familiar and well versed in the fundamental rules of firearms handling and safety.
